چکیده

فساد سیاسی و فقر اقتصادی هر دو از مسائل و معضلات بسیار پراهمیتی هستند که جوامع بشری از دیرباز با آن­ها مواجه بوده­اند. نظر به اهمیت این دو مسئله پژوهش­های مختلفی در خصوص ارتباط این دو پدیده صورت گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر تلاش می­کند با بهره ­گیری از یافته­های پژوهش­های تجربی در خصوص تأثیر فساد سیاسی بر فقر اقتصادی، این تأثیر را در دیدگاه امام علی(ع) مورد بررسی قرار دهد.اهمیت موضوع مورد بررسی در پژوهش حاضر این است که فساد سیاسی و فقر هر دو از موضوعات مهم اجتماعی است که جوامع مختلف با آن دست به گریبان هستند. روش پژوهش حاضر هم روش تحلیلی- مقایسه­ای می­باشد. نتیجۀ بررسی دیدگاه امام علی(ع) در این خصوص نشان می­دهد که در دیدگاه ایشان می­توان جلوه­هایی از تأثیر فساد سیاسی بر فقر اقتصادی را در قالب دو مدل اقتصادی و حکمرانی مشاهده کرد. این بدان معناست که از دیدگاه امام(ع) گسترش فساد سیاسی به واسطۀ متغیرهای اقتصادی و همچنین متغیرهای حکمرانی سبب تشدید فقر اقتصادی در سطح جامعه می­گردد.

Political corruption and economic poverty are both among major problems with which human societies have been long grappling. Due to their magnitude, a whole variety of studies have been done concerning the relationship between the two phenomena. The present study tries to examine the impact of political corruption on economic poverty using the findings of empirical research, and the comparative-analytic research method. The results show that in Imam Ali (PBUH)’s view, some manifestations of the impact of the political corruption on economic poverty can be observed in two models of governance and economy. This means that from his viewpoint the widespread political corruption resulting from economic and governance-related variables can in turn intensify economic poverty in society.
