عوامل و زمینه‌های تقویت اخلاق کار از دیدگاه امام علی (ع)

چکیده

اهتمام و توجه قرآن به اخلاق و تأکید پیامبران عظام و ائمۀ اطهار(ع) بر متخلق‌شدن به آن در تمامی شئون زندگی، از نقش بی‌بدیل اخلاق در زندگی فردی و اجتماعی انسان حکایت دارد. بر این اساس، توجه و به‌کارگیری آن در همۀ عرصه‌های زندگی، ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر است. کار نیز به‌واسطۀ ارتباط تنگاتنگ با اخلاق، به نتایج مطلوب و شایسته منتهی نخواهد شد مگر اینکه اصول و معیارهای اخلاقی مرتبط با آن مدنظر قرار گیرد. در این میان، عواملی هم در تقویت اتخاذ چنین رویکردی مؤثرند. در این مقاله سعی شده است با استناد به آیات و روایات و به‌ویژه با تکیه بر کلمات گهربار امام علی(ع)، این عوامل شناسایی و تجزیه و تحلیل شود.

چکیده [English]

Qur’an dedication to ethics and the Prophets and Imams (AS) emphasis on applying it in all aspects of human life shows the unique role of it in individual and social life. Therefore, considering and using it in all areas of life is inevitable. So working, because of its close relationship with ethics, will not lead to the desired results, unless the relevant ethical principles and standards are considered. Among these, some factors affect reinforcing applying this approach. In this paper, we will analyze and identify these factors by dealing with verses and traditions and especially relying on the worthy words of Imam Ali (AS).
