چکیده
استخراج الگوها و مدل‌های مدیریت اسلامی، دغدغه‌ای است که درطول سالیان اخیر بسیاری از پژوهشگران را به‌سمت مطالعات تاریخی ـ تطبیقی کشانده است. این مهم گرچه امکان‌پذیر و کارآ بوده، انتخاب روش‌های وصول به این الگوها و حوزه‌های مطالعاتی نیز درخور توجه است.
استفاده از روش‌های تحقیق مناسب در حوزۀ علوم انسانی، به‌ویژه در مطالعات تاریخی ـ دینی، به پژوهشگر کمک می‌کند درک بهتری از چگونگی روند وقوع حوادث تاریخی و زمینه‌های شکل‌گیری متون دینی در آن شرایط و گفتمان حاکم بر آن عصر پیدا و درنهایت الگوهای مدیریتی آن را استخراج کند.
وقوع جنگ‌های سه‌گانۀ جمل، صفین و نهروان در زمان حکومت امیرالمومنین(ع)، ازجمله بحران‌های سیاسی ـ اجتماعی است که باعث ایجاد تفرقه در امت و جغرافیای اسلام، تضعیف اقتدار رهبری و لطمه‌خوردن مقبولیت عمومی جامعۀ اسلامی شده بود. این جنگ‌های داخلی به تحریک افرادی صورت می‌گرفت که نفاق آنان مانع از کشف حقیقت برای جامعۀ اسلامی می‌شد؛ از این رو، بررسی رفتار حضرت علی(ع) در مدیریت این بحران‌ها می‌تواند کمک شایانی به مدیریت بحران‌های مشابه در عصر حاضر بکند.
استخراج الگوی مدیریت این بحران‌ها ازخلال مطالعۀ مکتوبات نگاشته‌شدۀ حضرت علی(ع) به روش تحلیل محتوای کمّی و کیفی، هدفی است که در این مقاله دنبال می‌شود.

Extracting patterns and models of management is a concern over the recent years and has led many researchers toward comparative historical studies. Although this is feasible and efficient, selection of models and methods to access this area of study is also noteworthy. Using appropriate research methods in the field of humanities, especially historical and religious studies help the researcher to have better understanding of how historical events and issues shaping the religious texts in that conditions and the dominated discourse in that era and eventually find its management patterns. Battles of Jamal, Siffin and Nehru in the reign of Imam Ali (AS) were the social and political crises which cause divisions in the Muslim community, undermining public acceptance of authority and leadership and loss of Muslim community public acceptance. These wars took place at the instigation of those who deny the truth of hypocrisy for the Muslim community; hence, studying the behavior of Imam Ali (AS) in crisis management can help to do the same today. Extracting Patterns to manage these crises through studying Imam Ali (AS)’s letters using quantitative and qualitative content analysis methods are the goal pursued in this paper.
