چکیده

امام علی^(ع) که نام او قرین عدالت است نه تنها در جهان اسلام و عالم تشیع بلکه در تاریخ بشریت به‌عنوان اندیشمند و سیاست‌مدار طلایه­دار عدالت مطرح است؛ بنابراین، منش علی^(ع) نه تنها به‌عنوان امیر فصاحت و بلاغت سیاست نظری، بلکه امام مساوات و عدالت سیاست عملی می­تواند به‌عنوان تراز سنجش عدالت نظام‌های سیاسی محسوب شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر، ترسیم عدالت در سیره عملی دوران حکمرانی آن حضرت بود و پرسش پژوهش حاضر این بود که عدالت در دوران حکومت علی^(ع) چه جایگاهی داشت؟ فرضیه پژوهش در پاسخ به پرسش مزبور این بود: همان طور که عدالت، وجه نمایان سیره نظری امام است، در سیره عملی امام نیز عدالت، نقش محوری دارد. با بررسی فرضیه مزبور، یافته پژوهش حاضر با کاربرد روش کتابخانه‌ای ـ اسنادی ـ توصیفی ـ تاریخی ـ تحلیلی این شد که عدالت،  بنیان حکومت علوی بود و آن حضرت، فلسفه قبول زمامداری را اجرای عدالت اعلام نمود و در دوران حکمرانی خویش از هیچ کوششی برای تحقق عدالت در عرصه­های گوناگون سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی دریغ نورزید. از این‌رو می‌توان گفت: علی^(ع) در دوران حکمرانی خویش، تراز عدالت را به مثابه سنگ محک عیار عدالت حکومت‌های همه اعصار و امصار ارائه داده است.

چکیده [English]

Imam Ali (PBUH) whose name is associated with justice, has been prominent not only in the Islamic and Shiite worlds, but also in the history of mankind as a thinker and politician who is the gold standard of justice. Therefore, Ali (PBUH) is not only the Leader of eloquence and oratory in the field of theoretical politics, but also as the Imam of equality and justice in the field of practical politics, his character during his administration as a balance of justice can be used as a practical model of justice in different dimensions by political systems. Therefore, the purpose of the present research was to outline justice in the practical course of his governance, and the question of the present research was, what was the position of justice during the reign of Ali (PBUH)? The hypothesis of the research in response to the mentioned question is that justice plays a central role in the practical course of the Imam's rule, just as the prominent aspect of the Imam's theoretical course is justice. By examining the above-mentioned hypothesis, the findings of the present research, using the library-documentary-descriptive-historical-analytical method, was that justice was the foundation of Alawite government during the rule of his government, and he declared the philosophy of accepting leadership and government as the implementation of justice, and in during his rule, he did not hesitate to make any effort to achieve justice in various political, social, economic and cultural fields. Therefore, it can be said that during his reign, Ali (PBUH) presented the scale of justice as a real and practical touchstone of the scale of justice to measure the level of justice of the governments of all ages and eras.
