Abstract As soon as Abu Bakr b. Abi Qahafa received the news on gathering of Khazrajid Ansars  in the Saqifa  of Bani Sâida under Saad b. Ubada,went there along with his assistants-Umar b. al-Khattab and Abu Ubayda al-Jarrah without any hesitation. The absence of his Hashimid rivals-Ali and Abbas-,paved the way for him to  intrigue the Arab sense- in the shadow of tribal logic- for taking aliegeance by emphasizing on relation with the Prophet Muhammad(p.b.u.h.) and attribution to the Quraysh tribe.The  main question which is in the focal point of the current study,is: Did it incite any reaction by Imam Ali?
    The findings of this study- which is under the descriptive and analytic method and rely upon Nahj al-Balagha sermons and historical datas show that Imam Ali rejected the logic of Saqifa trenchantly but adopted the “Strategy of forbearance” and avoiding of unrest intelligently for the protection of Islam from any possible danger.

Abstract فرایند تفسیر متون کلاسیک با بهره گیری از روش های تفسیری مدرن مساله ای حائز اهمیت است که شایسته است بطور جدی از سوی متفکران علوم میان رشته ای، برای رسیدن به فهم بین الاذهانی (inter subjectivity) مد نظر قرار گیرد. با توجه به ضرورت نوآوری در بازخوانی سنت، موضوع این نوشتار بررسی اجمالی این نکته است که چگونه می توان مبانی هرمنوتیک روشی را با تاکید بر روش شناسی اسکینر می توان به مثابه رهیافتی نظری در خوانش تحلیلی-تفسیری نهج البلاغه بکار گرفت و از رهگذر آن به برخی نیات مولف پی برد؟ در پاسخ به این پرسش، ابتدا کلیات نظری در هرمنوتیک قصد گرایانه اسکینر را طرح کرده و سپس به نسبت سنجی این کلیات با فرازهایی از نهج البلاغه پرداخته ایم. برآمد نهایی از مقاله پیش رو ما را به این فرضیه می رساند که قواعد و الگوهای اصلی در مراحل پنج گانه هرمنوتیک اسکینر به شاخصه هایی می انجامد که امکان تفسیر معنایی از نهج البلاغه را میسر نموده و با غبارروبی از زمینه های زمانی، مکانی و استعاری این متن، اهداف اصلی حضرت امیر را از فحوای کلام ایشان آشکار می سازد.
