According to the history of Amir al-Mu'minin, Imam Ali (as) in his governing life had the greatest effort to achieve justice And their agents also led to justice. Paying attention to the components of justice that have been considered in the Alawite tradition, It can be a beacon for others to move in this direction. This research has explained the themes of individual justice by content analysis method Which is mentioned in the letters of Amir al-Mo'menin Imam Ali (AS) to his agents. In his view, individual justice is the prelude to social justice Which include the themes of piety, self-care, observance of duties and prohibitions, prohibition of moral vices, principles of communication with God, The principles of fellowship, asceticism, thanksgiving, seeking help from God, striving to establish the truth, getting things done on time. عدالت‌خواهی اصلی فرامکانی و فرازمانی و از مسائلی است که همواره، مطلوب بشر بوده است. به گواهی تاریخ امیرالمومنین امام علی علیه‌السلام در سیره‌ی حکومتی خود بیشترین اهتمام را برای تحقق عدالت داشتند و کارگزاران خود را نیز به رعایت عدالت سوق می‌دادند. توجه به مؤلفه‌هایی از عدالت که در سیره علوی مورد اعتنا بوده است، می‌تواند چراغ راه دیگران برای حرکت در این مسیر باشد. این پژوهش با روش تحلیل مضمون به تبیین مضامین عدالت فردی پرداخته است که در نامه‌های امیرالمؤمنین امام علی(ع) به کارگزاران خود اشاره شده است. از نگاه آن حضرت(ع) عدالت فردی، مقدمه‌ی عدالت اجتماعی است که شامل مضامین تقوا، مراقبت از نفس، رعایت واجبات و محرمات، نهی از رذائل اخلاقی، اصول ارتباطی با خداوند، اصول معاشرت، زهد، شکرگزاری، استمداد از خداوند، تلاش برای اقامه‌ی حق، انجام امور به موقع می‌شود.
